Our Tin Plan is priced at $1500 for 5 hours, or $350 an hour with a 3 hour minimum. The Tin Plan includes Antique Marble Two-seaters (high-top and low-top), Gold Tabletop Candles, Antique Gold Dining Chairs with Chesterfield Cushioning, In-Ceiling Speaker System Neutral or Colored Uplight, Wifi, Set up/Clean up. The party maximum for the Tin Plan is currently 30 guests. Our Copper Plan is priced at $1800 for 5 hours, or $415 an hour with a 3 hour minimum. The Copper Plan includes an option of Banquet Round Tables or Farm-table set up, Table Linens Pampas Centerpieces Gold Tabletop Candles, Antique Gold Dining Chairs with Chesterfield Cushioning, In-Ceiling Speaker System Neutral or Colored Uplights Wifi, Set up/Clean up. The party maximum is 50 guests, more can be added with the addition of Distillery Access (21+ only).

Terms and Conditions

Permitted Use The Renter agrees to use the event space solely for the purpose of the agreed upon event. Any other use must be approved in writing by the Owner. Liability and Indemnification The Renter assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all attendees, vendors, and contractors during the event. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of the Renter's use of the event space, including but not limited to: Personal injury or property damage caused by attendees or vendors. Violations of any laws, ordinances, or regulations. The Renter shall obtain and provide proof of liability insurance in the amount of [Minimum Amount of Coverage], naming the Owner as an additional insured, by [Date]. Damage to Property The Renter is responsible for any damage to the event space, fixtures, or equipment caused during the rental period. A security deposit of [Amount] will be held and may be applied to cover repair costs. Any damage exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the Renter. Compliance with Laws The Renter agrees to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations, including but not limited to fire codes, noise ordinanc- es, and alcohol permits. Standard 30 Day Cancellation Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. The Owner reserves the right to cancel this Agreement in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, in which case all fees and deposits will be refunded to the Renter.
