Happy Engagement! Thank you for your inquiry regarding holding your wedding here at Ross Bridge. Be sure to see our attached Intriguing Event Menus that give you a visual to all of our food & beverage options and pricing. Our Ballroom can accommodate up to 400 ppl and our food & beverage minimum is $85 per person with an overall F&B spend of at least $18,000 required for Saturday night. For a Friday or Sunday wedding we do offer a per person minimum of $85 per person with no overall F&B minimum requirement. We recommend a Friday or Sunday for weddings of 150 or less due to the difference in the minimum required. We do provide all food and beverage exclusively, with the exception of a cake. (You may bring in any professionally licensed baker and we have fabulous suggestions if needed). We would love to pamper your out of town guest, if you choose to have a room block with us, one of our amazing sales managers will work closely with you to negotiate a guest sleeping room rate. Usually those rates average between $229.00 - $369.00 depending on your date. The venue fee to utilize the Ballroom for a Saturday is $5,000++ for the day. The venue rental fee for a Friday or Sunday is $3,000 and includes all the same amenities. This includes: • Tables (72” rounds of 8 or 10 people) • Ballroom Chairs • In-house linens (black or white floor length linen, ivory dot overlay or white overlay) • Stage • Dance floor • Votive candles • All serving equipment, china, flatware and glassware. • Serving, Bussing, Setup & Breakdown by our staff • Bride and Groom Ready rooms, • Vendor storage and Entertainment/DJ green room. Our Ballroom renovation was just completed on January 4th so it is brand new! As a token of our appreciation for choosing to host your wedding at Ross Bridge I am happy to offer the following concessions: • Complimentary self-parking for all guests • No resort fees • Complimentary champagne toast for all guests • Complimentary amenity for bride & groom on wedding night • Escort via Golf cart onto the Golf Course for Photos.
