                                                    Total Event Cost (Generally includes 20% gratuity, 8% tax, $100 flat service fee) . The Total Event Cost guarantees the use of the taproom space, staffing, and beer consumed during the  event.  
Payment Terms: 
Payment 1: 10% of Total Event Cost. Required upon signing. This  serves as your reservation deposit for the event. 
Payment 2: Remaining balance of total event cost. Due 7 days before  the event.
Payment to be invoiced directly to customer. Invoice will be payable upon receipt by customer via credit  card, or via check to be delivered to the taproom.  All deposits will be applied towards your final function cost. If final payment is not received 7 days prior  to the event date Novel Strand Brewing Co reserves the right to release the reserved space upon  notification to the customer and the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the Event date will receive a  100% refund of deposit. Cancellations made in less than 14 days will not receive a refund of deposit  (10% of total event cost).
