A historic venue in beautiful Niwot, CO. This charming building is a one-of-a-kind place for weddings, birthdays, concerts, meetings, and all types of celebrations. The venue includes two floors, each can accommodate up to 100 guests. Downstairs offers a kitchen, two bathrooms, an audio/visual system, and a main reception room. This is a lovely spot for an intimate dinner or cocktail party. Upstairs features a private getting ready lounge and a historic stage room that includes antique theatre seating. This is a wonderful backdrop for a ceremony or a dance party with live music on stage. All rentals include ample tables and chairs, free parking, and use of the audio/visual equipment.

Downstairs is a flexible, handicap accessible space, with a 31' X 45' main room and a kitchen. Upstairs offers a 31’ x 35’ room, with a 17’ x 8’ stage and 70 vintage, movable theater seats. Across the hall from the stage room, is a private getting ready room that can also be used for smaller meetings. The entire building is designated as a historic Boulder County landmark. Free parking, heating, air conditioning, wireless internet access, plus tables and chairs are included with every rental. Liquor is permitted for private parties. You are welcome to bring in your own food and vendors, or we can provide recommendations for local vendors.
