Our flexible meeting room can accommodate up to 30 people. Complimentary Coffee & Water station – Included w/Rental. Outside catering recommendations available upon request and no additional service charges apply. HDMI cable available with large screen television, included. Hours available: 7am - 8pm, daily (time exceptions may apply based on type of event) Sleeping room discounts available, contact sales manager for additional information. Hotel offers 24 Hour airport shuttle (PHX) and complimentary Wi-Fi. RESTRICTIONS: No DJ’s are allowed, all noise must be kept to reasonable levels as there are guest rooms above the meeting space; No confetti or glitter may be used, if policy is not adhered to, additional cleaning fees will be assessed; Decorations on walls must not tear or puncture paint/wallpaper–if repairs are needed, there will be a fee; No linens, cutlery or sundries are provided by the hotel for food services-only tables and chairs will be set up as agreed to in this proposal. Hotel amenities (ie: pool/Jacuzzi/gym) are limited to registered guests only No alcohol may be provided or served except by a licensed and insured bartending service–insurance/liability forms must be provided to hotel at least 5 business days prior to event for verification.
