Reservation and Deposits: A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your reservation. Balance is due day of the event. A $100 refundable cleaning deposit is also required. The cleaning deposit will be refunded following the event if the space is left in its original condition. For excessive messes, an additional $150 cleaning fee may apply. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least ONE WEEK in advance of the event date to avoid forfeiting refundable deposits. Cancellations made less than one week prior to the event will result in the loss of the deposit. Setup and Cleanup Time: Rentals include a 15-minute setup time and a 15-minute cleanup time. Additional time is billed at the standard hourly rate. Space Cleaning: Occupants are responsible for cleaning the space and leaving it in its original condition after each use. Any damages will result in additional charges. Decorations: Clients are welcome to decorate the space; however, no permanent alterations (e.g., nails, screws, or paint) are allowed. Any damages caused by decorations will result in additional charges. Event Extensions: Events may extend past the booked time, subject to availability. Extensions will be billed at the standard hourly rate. Agreement Termination: Agreements can be terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of non-payment or policy violations.
