Our gratuity fee is rated at 20%, sales tax is 10%. For tax exemption, please provide a copy of the tax-exempt certificate with the signed contract. The final guest count needs to be confirmed 48 hours prior to the event. If we do not receive a final guest count, the final bill will reflect charges for the highest number of guests shown on the contract. You may disregard the need to share final count if you are booking a “full-buyout” of our venue. Any food allergies or restrictions must be communicated at least 5 days prior to the reservation.
